Where threats of impartiality are identified the provisions to eliminate or minimise such threats are documented along with data demonstrating their on-going effectiveness. This analysis is reviewed by CCQM’s top management as part of CCQM’s management review process.
If at the quoting and contracting stage, or during the process of certification, CCQM are unable to grant certification, the reason for this decision will be communicated to your organisation.
